Orlando Vacation Rentals Booking Terms & Conditions

Booking Terms & Conditions Any changes in dates or times will be made only after permission has been given by Great Escapes Management. Without prior consent, early occupancy or late departure from the home will be subject to one extra day’s rental (if available). If the home has incoming guests the day of your departure and you have failed to leave and we are unable to contact you, we will pack up all your belongings bring to the office and bill for the extra services. Breach of Agreement You will breach your agreement if you bring more guests than previously authorized. You be asked to leave the home immediately and forfeit the rental and no refund will be due. Under no circumstances will any animals be allowed into our rental homes. REFUNDABLE)DAMAGE DEPOSIT( $250 per week stayed) • If your Damage deposit is paid by check, it is due 15 days prior to arrival and will be returned three weeks after departure. If paid by credit card you’re details will be held and not charged unless we find a problem. •$50 Damage waiver option. This covers you for accidental damage of any item in the home up to a max value of $500. Willful damage or excessive cleaning is not covered. CANCELLATION POLICY Any cancellations of a booking by the client must be in writing and is subject to the following cancellation charges: - More than 30 days before arrival - no charge Less than 30 days before arrival but more than 14 before arrival $250 Less than 14 days before arrival - 50% of the rental amount Subject to management approval, cancellations made due to extenuating circumstances may be accepted at a lower cancellation charge providing written documentation from doctors etc. Limited Liabilty Great Escape Villas and or Property owners DO NOT ACCEPT responsibility for any equipment failure and or services in the home/condo. •In the event of a serve storm the home may lose its utilities we are not responsible for acts of God and you can terminate your agreement without penalty due to a hurricane watch in our specific area. •Children under 18yrs must be supervised at all times when using the pool. •During cold weather (60 degrees or less) pool heating may not always work any refunds; compensation claims or liability is accepted for performance failure. •Great Escapes Management/Property owners DO NO ACCEPT responsibility for any lost or misplaced personal property which guests may leave in the home/condo. •Great Escapes Management/Property owners DO NOT ACCEPT responsibility/liability for the acts or omissions of our agents over whom we have no control, such as booking agencies and or home owners etc. •All information regarding the rental homes is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. •It is possible that an advertised home may be withdrawn or changed due to circumstances beyond our control and for which we do not accept liability. •In the event a home is withdrawn and a suitable replacement isn’t found this rental agreement will be cancelled without penalty on either party and the guests will be entitled to a full refund. By making a reservation with Great Escape Villas LLC we agree to all the afore mentioned terms and conditions. I also understand until you’ve received my deposit and signed agreement; Great Escapes cannot confirm any reservation. I further understand that I need to send the balance to arrive no later than 30 days prior to arrival in order to secure my reservation. Please complete our request form. All reservations are subject to availabilty.
